Two Types Of People
Two Types Of People

It is often said that there are two types of people - this type and that. It’s usually a crude way of making a point without actually telling you very much about people.
My contribution to the genre is to say that there are two types of people: those who live within themselves and those who extend themselves. There’s a fairly stark difference. The first type tend to accept what’s given them without questioning. They thereafter work within these boundaries. The other type, the extended type, are more concerned with how to change things and are more likely to live in accordance with their potential.
Of course we need both types. The former to maintain things as they are, necessary for the latter to create new situations. It’s probably good to know which type you are and where you fit in the picture.
