I don’t seem to want the Relationship as such. Anytime I was ever in it I always wanted out - like big voices in my head saying get the fuck out of this. Most of those close will recall this well enough.

In this way I am probably different to most, especially women, who seem to want to be defined by their association with a single partner. They definitely want the Relationship and in some cases will spend their entire lives in service to everything that entails.

If on the other hand I was to find the Person, the one I liked so much that commitment was the thing, someone I could envisage spending my life with, then cool. There are few things I could imagine more wonderful. But in the absence of the Person nothing else will do. Any relationship is not better that no relationship for me like seems to be the case for most. Thanks but no thanks.
