If there was ever a term that should be PC’d out of existence it’s the term ‘illegitimate’ when used to describe a child whose parents weren’t married. This antiquated term is too much steeped in the values of the past.

The idea that a person is not a legitimate human being simply because their parents never signed some dubious contract is totally absurd. In the modern age the term and the concept has no place.
